A 30-Day Guided Archive to Let Go, Feel, and Heal
Your healing journey doesn’t start with "fixing"—it starts with feeling. Most of us have
been taught to bottle, bury, or bypass our heaviest emotions. Volume 1 of the Pain to Peace
series is designed to be the safe sanctuary where you finally lay those burdens down.
As the opening chapter of the 12-Volume Rise & Remember Archive, this 30-day guided
journal focuses on Phase 1: Emotional Release. It is a structured, trauma-informed map
designed to help you move through the "heaviness" and find the light on the other side.
The 30-Day Curriculum: 4 Pillars of Release
This volume is meticulously organized into four deep-work segments:
● Days 1–5: The Opening – Learn to meet your emotions with radical compassion and
give your heart a safe voice.
● Days 6–10: Stillness & The Body – Discover where your body "stores" pain and
use somatic reflection to begin the physical release.
● Days 11–15: The Art of Forgiveness – Navigate the complex landscapes of
self-forgiveness, releasing resentment, and shedding the weight of guilt and shame.
● Days 16–30: Integration & Space – (Prompts included to complete your full month
of emotional clearing).
Why Volume 1 is the Essential Starting Point:
● Somatic Awareness: Unlike standard journals, Pain to Peace asks you to check in
with your physical sensations, helping you regulate your nervous system as you write.
● Trauma-Informed Language: Every prompt is crafted to ensure you feel in control of
your journey, moving at a pace that honors your unique healing timeline.
● The "Clear Space" Philosophy: Drawing from over a decade of professional
clearing experience, I have designed this archive to help you declutter your internal
world.
Product Specifications:
● Format: Premium Physical Softcover Journal.
● Series: Volume 1 of the Rise & Remember Archive.

dedicated healing space.
How to Begin:
If you feel "stuck," "heavy," or "numb," Volume 1 is your point of entry. It is the necessary
foundation for the Self-Mastery work found later in the curriculum.
✨ Stop carrying what isn’t yours. Make room for your peace.
I was a woman with no foundation, no support, and no roadmap. I didn't make these journals because I wanted a business. I made them because I was dying for a system. I needed a way to audit my pain, restructure my identity, and remember the woman I was before the world broke her. 🏛️
Why I Built the Archive They say "home" is a sanctuary, but for me, it was a battlefield. ⚖️ I grew up in the shadow of a mother who didn't just withhold love—she harbored a deep-seated resentment toward my existence. My father was a ghost, a man who was never there when I needed him, and when he finally appeared in my teenage years, he brought the chaos of addiction with him. I didn't just watch the news; I watched my own brother get swallowed by the same cycle of drugs. I was surrounded by people, yet I had nobody to talk to. When I sought refuge, my family disowned me over the actions of another, leaving me isolated and vulnerable. 🕯️ That isolation led me into a decade of "survival-mode" relationships. I endured the full spectrum of abuse—physical, mental, emotional, and financial. The trauma was so pervasive that even my children, mirroring the only world they knew, began to abuse me when they were young. I was a woman with no foundation, no support, and no roadmap. I didn't make these journals because I wanted a business. I made them because I was dying for a system. I needed a way to audit my pain, restructure my identity, and remember the woman I was before the world broke her. 🏛️ I know the struggle because I lived every chapter of it. I am not just the author of the Rise & Remember Archive—I am its first graduate. I built these manuals so you don't have to navigate the darkness alone. I provide the blueprints. You provide the execution. It’s time to clock in.
