They are written to the Little Flock of Jews in Jesus' day, and those going through the time of Jacob's Trouble (See Jeremiah 30:7). These 9 epistles are not written to the body of Christ, but all the Bible is written for us. The doctrine is these books are the same as those found in Volume VI Matthew - Acts 8, because after the Rapture Israel's 70th Week will begin. and these books serve as survival manuals for those going through that terrible time.
