The question Who am I? Has been the guiding light og my life and all the understanding and revelations. My books are the sharing of this journey, as a human being, as a seeker, as a teacher.

Avikal is a mystic, a poet and the author of various successful books on human potential. He is the founder of the Integral Being Institute active in Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia. From 1989 to 1994 he was the director of the Osho School for Centering and Zen Martial Arts in Pune, India. He has also been Osho’s photographer. Being involved with Zen and Advaita Vedanta for more than 40 years, he now leads retreats such as Satori and The Awareness Intensive. Since 1997 he has developed an innovative and original approach to the work with the Inner Judge and he is a well-known teacher of The Dimensions of Being (Essence) and the Enneagram.
