Cade Brown

Husband, father, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, author, and advocate for helping men and children discover the strength that comes from embracing who they truly are.

I'm Cade Brown. I'm a husband, father, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, men's mental health advocate, and author. For much of my life, I looked like I had it together on the outside. I worked hard, loved my family, built a career, and did everything I thought a good man was supposed to do. Yet beneath the surface, I struggled with many of the same challenges faced by countless men today—people-pleasing, self-doubt, poor boundaries, emotional suppression, and a constant need for approval. Eventually, those patterns caught up with me. What followed was a journey of rebuilding my life from the inside out. Through personal development, mentorship, coaching, the Alpha Code, the Men's Development Academy, and years of hard-earned lessons, I discovered that true masculinity isn't about dominance, status, or pretending to be someone you're not. It's about responsibility, self-respect, courage, emotional intelligence, integrity, and living in alignment with your values. I am the author of Built For More: The Elevated Man Project and The Superpowers Inside Us, a children's book inspired by my son, Marinko, that helps children understand ADHD and autism through a message of self-acceptance, courage, and celebrating what makes them unique. While the books are written for very different audiences, they share the same core belief: our greatest strength comes from embracing who we truly are. I wrote Built For More because I know what it's like to feel lost, disconnected, and stuck. I also know what becomes possible when a man stops seeking validation from the outside world and starts building genuine worth from within. My mission is simple: To help men break free from self-abandonment, reclaim their identity, and become stronger leaders in their relationships, families, and communities, while encouraging the next generation to grow up knowing they are worthy, capable, and enough exactly as they are. I wrote The Superpowers Inside Us for my son, Marinko, and for every child who has ever felt different. After Marinko was diagnosed with ADHD and autism, I realised that many children are taught to focus on what they struggle with rather than what makes them unique. I wanted to create a story that helped children understand that being different does not mean being broken. Instead, our differences can become some of our greatest strengths when we learn to understand and embrace them. This book is a celebration of self-acceptance, courage, kindness, and the incredible potential that exists within every child. My hope is that children see themselves reflected in these pages and recognise that they are worthy, capable, and enough exactly as they are. More than anything, I want young readers to understand that the qualities that make them different are often the very things that make them extraordinary. I live in Perth Western Australia with my wife, Jana, and our son, Marinko. They are my greatest source of purpose, inspiration, and motivation to keep growing into the man I am capable of becoming. If there's one message I hope every reader takes away from my work, it's this: You do not need to become someone else. You do not need to earn your worth. You do not need permission to be yourself. Whether you're a man searching for purpose or a child learning to embrace your uniqueness, the truth remains the same: You were built for more.
