His legacy as a solution-seeker was shaped by roles such as AETC A4 Deputy Director at JBSA Randolph, Reserve Advisor to the AETC Commander, Maintenance Group Commander at the 433rd Air Wing, and an Advanced Joint PME Instructor at the Joint Forces Staff College. From the fighter community to combat search and rescue, Dr. Pratt’s service includes multiple deployments in support of OEF and OIF. His experience traverses continents—from ensuring aircraft readiness to leading crisis preparation for all 58 California counties post-9/11, and now as a Program Manager supporting allied programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Commissioned through the Academy of Military Science after an enlisted career with both the US Marine Corps and California Air National Guard, Dr. Pratt’s leadership style blends firsthand operational endurance with acute academic perspective. His education includes a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA in Information Systems Management, and a Master’s in American Military History, in addition to graduating from key U.S. military colleges. He’s also spent nearly a decade teaching business and research methods at the university level. An engaging presenter and teacher, Dr. Pratt is known for his presentation excellence, infectious humility, and ability to bridge the gap between technical acumen and people-centered success.
