Joe has been a high school teacher, university professor, College Dean, and and the CEO for Leaderpoint Consulting Group. He has consulted with many of the most successful corporate leaders in the world and has close ties with many national Christian sports celebrities. In 2008 he founded the national men’s ministry, In The Zone. The ministry held in large arenas and churche was closed during Covid-19. Joe has authored four books. and is currently the Pastor at Brownsville Presbyterian Church in Tennessee. He has been married to Trudy for over 50 years, and together they have three children: Ashley, Tara, and Tyler. He also has seven grandchildren.
