I am a level-headed Midwesterner doing my best to raise three whip-smart children in southern California, surrounded by four dogs, two Guinea pigs, and one tortoise. I was a cover-earning photojournalist for worldwide automotive magazines so long ago it seems like a mythical past life. After being inspired during the pandemic by the works of Julia Quinn, I decided to explore an idea I'd dreamed up two decades earlier while traveling through the Los Angeles area. Schrödinger’s Heart is the culmination of that exploration. It is my first novel, but it won't be my last.
