Ethan was dumped in a parking lot in Louisville, Ky, in 2021, left to die. His recovery and subsequent journey have inspired people around the world. From parking lot to national Hero Dog to getting a law changed in Ky making it a felony to abuse animals, now called Ethan's Law, he continues to make a difference in animals' lives everywhere. This is the first part of his amazing story and how kindness can truly make a difference in the world.
