François Bellavance, a Canadian author, has already made his mark with works that blend imagination, history, and poetry. In Canada, with Michel Brûlé, he published the science-fiction trilogy L’escouade des initiés, the alternate-history detective novel Peacetown, and the historical poetry collection La saga du monde.

In France, with Éditions Douro, he released the crime novel Crime et présomptions, the personal journal Une bombe sous mon lit, and four remarkable collections of epic poetry: La guerre de Troie (in three volumes) and L’Odyssée, both rewritten in vivid, contemporary French.
