Harry Fairman, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Marine veteran, entrepreneur, and health and wellness educator dedicated to helping people become the healthiest version of themselves. With years of experience in emergency medicine, hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, and preventive wellness, Harry has helped thousands of patients improve their energy, optimize their hormones, lose weight, build strength, and create healthier, more fulfilling lives.
At just 20 years old, Harry's life changed forever when a previously undiagnosed congenital heart condition led to emergency open-heart surgery. During the procedure, he died twice. That experience became the catalyst for a lifelong mission: helping others realize that true health is about far more than simply avoiding disease—it's about living with purpose, vitality, and intention.
As the founder of Ignite360, Harry educates both patients and healthcare providers through wellness coaching, business mentorship, and evidence-based education focused on sustainable lifestyle change. He is passionate about simplifying health, cutting through misinformation, and empowering people with practical strategies they can realistically incorporate into everyday life.
When he's not caring for patients or teaching, Harry enjoys traveling the world, competing in functional fitness events such as HYROX and DEKA, spending time with his dog, Xena, and continually challenging himself to grow personally and professionally. His philosophy is simple: every day is an opportunity to become stronger, healthier, and live life to its fullest.
Twice Alive is Harry's first book—a deeply personal reflection on resilience, second chances, and the life-changing lessons that emerge when you're given another opportunity to live.
