These books are perfect for relaxing and having some leisure time fun! These are more difficult than other Mosaic books, there are 55 detailed prints for you to Color. I prefer colored pens for these myself. You will need a very large Colored Pen Set and you may need to do some shading to match some of the colors. There are 104 different colors used, suitable for colored pencils, water color pencils, pen & ink, gel pens and maybe even watercolors. Search on Google for “Colored Pen Set greater than 100” and you’ll find about a dozen pen sets that will work. Some of the sets are not very expensive, maybe around $30. To shade, go over the area once for a light color, then increase the number of passes to get darker and darker colors. Using shading, you may be able to get by with a 30 to 60 colored pen set. The Color Map is on the back of the Book. Test out your shading technique and pen colors on a white sheet of paper, and hold it up next to the color swatch on the Color Map on the back cover.
