Little White Butterfly

Our innermost thoughts can sometimes be like a butterfly- small at first but they can quickly become overwhelming when they begin to swarm in numbers. Once our thoughts begin to swarm, it can feel inescapable because they are a part of us. The swarm can affect our thinking, our perception, and our experiences.
Little White Butterfly is a collection of poems that highlights the transformation and metamorphosis of our feelings and thought into a little white butterfly.
It may seem small, but when it grows into a swarm, it can be overwhelming. No matter how hard we try, we cannot escape it, because it is a part of us.
It can change how we think, how we perceive ourselves and everything around us.
Everything is perceived differently by everyone, not all of our thoughts have a positive impact. The experiences we’ve gone through, how we’re treated by others, even how we treat ourselves, affect those thoughts.
This poetry collection emphasizes the different phases of thoughts feelings of life. Because before we know it, the little white butterfly becomes a swarm that wishes to overwhelm us.

Nowhere
Nowhere is a realm where those who wind up in it cannot recall how they even got there. A strange realm, where whenever a new visitor arrives, the lay of the land suddenly changes: new places are formed, and some vanish for the time being.
Humans who end up in Nowhere may struggle to find their way back to where they are from.
Lily, Luke, and Debbie are three high school students who find themselves in this realm, after arriving as separate castaways from the Barren Sea. Though they all go to the same school, they are unfamiliar with each other, having never interacted with each other and only know what other students call them. With no one to trust but each other, the three decide to team up to see if they can obtain three keys that will allow the keeper of Nowhere to open the exit for them and allow them to return home.
The journey will be far from easy, as they face the unknown entities of this odd world, as well as their own inner demons.
