A Survivor’s Guide to Emotional and Spiritual Healing After Narcissistic Abuse
by Luna Collins
The Scars To Heal workbook is not required to benefit from the main book.
It exists simply as a supportive resource for those who find clarity through writing, prayer, and intentional self-reflection.
Healing doesn’t have to be rushed and it doesn’t have to be done perfectly.
The Scars to Heal Workbook is a gentle, optional companion to Scars to Heal, created for survivors of narcissistic abuse who want a safe space to reflect, process, and apply what they’re learning at their own pace.
This workbook is not required to benefit from the main book.
It exists simply as a supportive resource for those who find clarity through writing, prayer, and intentional self-reflection.
Inside, you’ll find guided prompts, reflective exercises, and faith-centered questions designed to help you:
Process emotional and spiritual wounds in a private, judgment-free space
Explore patterns of abuse, self-doubt, and trauma bonding safely
Strengthen boundaries and reconnect with your identity
Reflect on faith, forgiveness, and healing without pressure or guilt
Move forward with clarity, self-compassion, and hope
You can use this workbook:
Alongside the main book
At your own pace, skipping sections as needed
As a personal journal or devotional-style resource
Or not at all, if reading alone feels right for you
There is no “right way” to heal.
There is only your way.
Whether you choose to write, reflect quietly, or simply hold space for yourself, the Scars to Heal Workbook is here as an invitation - not an obligation - to support your healing journey.
Take what serves you. Leave what doesn’t. Healing is not a checklist
You survived. Now you rise, one page at a time.
From abuse survivor to Christian healing
Luna is a faith-driven author and advocate for women healing from emotional and narcissistic abuse. After experiencing a relationship she did not initially recognize as abusive, she turned to God, research, and deep personal reflection to understand what she had lived through and why it had affected her so profoundly. Through that journey, Luna discovered that healing requires both truth and compassion — and that no woman should have to navigate it alone. Her work blends trauma-informed insight with biblical encouragement, helping women recognize abuse, rebuild their identity, and rediscover their worth through God’s truth. She is the author of Scars to Heal and its companion workbook, created to guide women through the emotional and spiritual recovery process. Luna’s mission is to bring clarity, faith, and hope to women who are ready to heal, reclaim their voice, and walk forward in the life God intended for them.
