Writing a memoir can be challenging, especially when you have lived for many decades and have had so many adventures. This book began as a blog called "From Glam To Gram". Everyone who followed the blog asked Marilyn to write a book with her stories. Eventually, when she decided to stop writing the blog, she took those stories from her life, stories about when she knew Elvis Presley and Dick Clark, stories from her many years working in many media forms both in front and behind the camera, she made a book and called it "Reflexions".

Stories are merely memories given a certain tangibility with words, and it only takes a few words to subsume a memory completely. This book is a gift to the many people the author has met and worked with over the years. As Ralph Waldo Emerson said, "The only gift is a portion of thyself."

Enjoy these stories from the author's years as a model, radio and TV host/producer, ad agency creative director and owner, and when she compared her years working in the top ad agencies in the world with the TV show "Mad Men". There are also stories from her personal life, such as when her son initially died at birth leading her to give up and die, only to be brought back when her son began to cry.
