A Guided Journey Back to Your True Self
Somewhere along the way, you traded your essence for your roles. You became the expert at being what everyone else needed, while the "true you" was placed on a shelf. Volume 1 of Becoming Me Again is the invitation to take yourself back down from that shelf, dust off your dreams, and remember the person you were before the world told you who to be.
Part of the MysticQuoteMama Self-Mastery Curriculum, this 30-day archive is designed to help you peel back the layers of expectation and rediscover your original blueprint.
The 30-Day Curriculum: 4 Pillars of Rediscovery
This journal is strategically mapped to move you from "numbness" to "alignment":
Days 1–5: Remembering & Shedding – Reconnect with your childhood joys and begin the process of "unbecoming" the versions of yourself that no longer fit.
Days 6–10: Strength & Intuition – Audit your internal resilience and learn to trust your "Inner Architect" through dedicated intuition building.
Days 11–15: Compassion & Presence – Master the art of being "here, now" with yourself, rebuilding the bridge of self-trust through body awareness and authentic living.
Days 16–30: The Integration – (Prompts included to complete your full month of self-reclamation).
Why This Volume is Essential for Your Archive:

✨ The version of you that you’ve missed is waiting. Go meet them.
I was a woman with no foundation, no support, and no roadmap. I didn't make these journals because I wanted a business. I made them because I was dying for a system. I needed a way to audit my pain, restructure my identity, and remember the woman I was before the world broke her. 🏛️
Why I Built the Archive They say "home" is a sanctuary, but for me, it was a battlefield. ⚖️ I grew up in the shadow of a mother who didn't just withhold love—she harbored a deep-seated resentment toward my existence. My father was a ghost, a man who was never there when I needed him, and when he finally appeared in my teenage years, he brought the chaos of addiction with him. I didn't just watch the news; I watched my own brother get swallowed by the same cycle of drugs. I was surrounded by people, yet I had nobody to talk to. When I sought refuge, my family disowned me over the actions of another, leaving me isolated and vulnerable. 🕯️ That isolation led me into a decade of "survival-mode" relationships. I endured the full spectrum of abuse—physical, mental, emotional, and financial. The trauma was so pervasive that even my children, mirroring the only world they knew, began to abuse me when they were young. I was a woman with no foundation, no support, and no roadmap. I didn't make these journals because I wanted a business. I made them because I was dying for a system. I needed a way to audit my pain, restructure my identity, and remember the woman I was before the world broke her. 🏛️ I know the struggle because I lived every chapter of it. I am not just the author of the Rise & Remember Archive—I am its first graduate. I built these manuals so you don't have to navigate the darkness alone. I provide the blueprints. You provide the execution. It’s time to clock in.
