I primarily write non-fiction books about Architecture, Renovations and Construction however there are a few romantic novels I find interesting about relationships. My favorites are about personal development and productivity, not much on health except for two on keto-diets. Currently retired as a licensed Architect after 30 plus years of providing professional services in private practice with a staff during the years active. Now I reflect and offer my knowledge to give back to society.

Patrick Emanuel Allen was born on July 27, 1959, in Clarendon, Jamaica, West Indies. His journey in architecture began at the City College of New York, where he graduated in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree and continued to obtain a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1988. His dedication to his craft led him to become a licensed architect in New York State and New Jersey in 1993. Patrick further expanded his expertise by becoming a certified real estate Home Inspector in 2024.
Throughout his career, Patrick maintained an office with a six-man staff, executing numerous projects that ranged from new building constructions to extensions and legalizations. His work involved removing violations, obtaining certificates of occupancy, and ensuring project sign-offs. One of Patrick's proudest achievements was acquiring a vacant property and constructing a four-story building used as a community facility for daycare. As the architect and contractor, he completed this project using his finances, showcasing his exceptional skill and dedication.
Patrick's professional affiliations are a testament to his commitment to the field. He has been a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) since September 2000 and is also an NCARB member. These memberships highlight his ongoing dedication to maintaining high standards in architecture.

Even in retirement at 65, Patrick stays involved in architectural projects, offering consultation and advice.
