Mark Nash is a psychotherapist with over a decade of clinical experience and a lifelong student of Buddhist philosophy. He teaches in the University of Vermont’s Graduate Counseling Program and maintains a private practice in Charlotte, Vermont. His work is grounded in the belief that emotional pain is not something to be fixed or avoided, but met with curiosity, compassion, and presence.
