Dr. Cynthia Skyers-Gordon is an educator, author, and founder of SILWELL-C, a wellness-centered leadership initiative dedicated to cultivating calm, connection, and emotional well-being in children and the educators who serve them. With decades of experience in early childhood education, leadership, and family support, she has worked closely with schools, teachers, and communities to promote environments where children feel seen, valued, and confident in who they are. Through her writing and publishing work, Dr. Skyers-Gordon creates stories and resources that celebrate cultural identity, encourage self-love, and support the healthy emotional development of young learners.
