SOS Nurses Library
by Spenser SOUHAITE
The NCLEX doesn’t test how much you memorized, it tests how you think under pressure.
When every second matters, when multiple patients need you at once, and when the question asks “Who should the nurse see first?” this book trains your mind to answer with confidence.
Master NCLEX: Prioritization, Delegation & Assignment was written to help you stop guessing and start thinking like a safe, competent nurse.
Instead of overwhelming you with endless content, this guide focuses on what truly matters on the NCLEX and in real clinical practice:
judgment, timing, and patient safety.
You’ll learn how to recognize red flags instantly, decide what comes first, and delegate safely — using the same clinical reasoning expected of professional nurses.
This book walks you step by step through:
High-yield prioritization strategies the NCLEX loves to test
Clear decision-making using ABCs, Maslow, and patient stability
System-by-system emergencies explained simply and logically
Delegation rules that protect both your license and your patients
Real clinical scenarios that build confidence, not confusion
Written with clarity, structure, and heart, this book is especially powerful for:
Nursing students who feel overwhelmed
ESL and internationally educated nurses
Repeat test-takers who want a different approach
New graduates learning to trust their judgment
This is not just a study guide.
It’s a mindset shift.
If you’re ready to stop memorizing and start thinking like a nurse, this book was written for you.
Registered nurse with over 10 years of international nursing experience and NCLEX mentor dedicated helping nurses succeed.
My name is Spenser Souhaite, BSN, RN. I am a registered nurse, nurse educator, and NCLEX mentor with over 10 years of international nursing experience. My journey has been shaped by long nights of studying, adapting to different healthcare systems, and pushing forward even when the path felt uncertain. I understand the pressure, fear, and hope that come with preparing for the NCLEX, especially for internationally educated nurses. I founded SOS Nurses LLC with one clear goal: to make the NCLEX easier and more accessible for every nurse, regardless of background or learning style. My teaching focuses on simplifying complex concepts, organizing information clearly, and helping nurses learn faster and think with confidence. I believe success on the NCLEX comes from clarity, structure, and strong clinical reasoning, not memorization. Through my work, my mission is to guide nurses step by step toward safe practice and exam success.
