This leaves Sebastian to attempt, unsuccessfully, to correct the faulty
interpretation. What follows is a rapid escalation of certainty, confusion,
and unintended consequence, rendered not in prose, but verse.

Originally performed as short-form video poems, these pieces are gathered
here for the first time as a single volume. They can be read in any order,
revisited at random, or enjoyed one misunderstanding at a time.
