Twin Flames
A journey back home to the Self
After a research that lasted almost 2 years, I am now ready to share with you this book about Twin Flames viewed as a journey back to the Self. I inquire and reflect on the concept of Twin Flames, demystifying what the spiritual arena proposes and defines as an eternal bond of Love. It is also an invitation to look inside and reflect on ways to achieve happiness, wholeness and a healthy Identity regardless of the attention, love, care or interest we receive from the outer world.
This book brings an original approach where the knowledge and experience I have with family constellations, trauma therapy (IoPT theory and method, promoted by Franz Rupert) and medicine wheel work shed light on the different aspects of the Soul connection known as Twin Flame bond.
It is an original contribution to raising awareness about the importance of the connection with the Body and Psyche in our own development as human beings and in the way we relate to other humans with whom we wish to build healthy emotional bonds. The research brings into attention 6 case studies, among which my own attempt to relate to another human being, that I initially thought as being my Twin.
I hope you will enjoy reading it and also bring more clarity to your own evolution path not only as a Soul but mostly as a human being with a Body, Mind, Heart and free Will.

WOMB TRAUMA
The Womb between Trauma therapy & embodied spirituality
This book has took inspiration from a 2 years training in trauma therapy at IoPT institute in Oslo, Norway and the work I did on myself and with several women who have been part of my therapy group as case studies.
It speaks about the Womb trauma concept between the therapeutical approach and the embodied spiritual practice. It is also a way to inform and raise awareness about the complexity of Womb trauma and suggest modalities for healing it.
It includes the description of the trauma biography theory applied to the womb reality according the teachings of Franz Rupert, founder of IoPT method (Identity-oriented Trauma Psychotherapy), the spiritual approach, a list of bibliographical references, guidelines for a womb consciousness creation and a short summary of 12 of the case studies I worked with. It also offers a set of 13 questions that can help you explore the intricate world of trauma and more specifically womb trauma.
Addressed to both womb-carriers and men, this book invites into a deep dive into the psyche and the dark mysterious place that the womb is. Read it without preconception and dare to embrace those shadows or doubts that might emerge while reading it.
And always remember: You are not your trauma but you can be the one that breaks the vicious cycle of traumatization for a whole lineage.
