Biblical Study Devotional

Restoring Identity

by Tami Rene' Demers

About The Book

This is the second Study Devotional from the Healing Trauma from a Biblical perspective. The first one focused on Rebuilding Trust and this is all about Restoring Identity in Christ as well as our unique creation as sons and daughters of God.
Restoring Identity is meant to take you into the heart of God for restoration where the variations of life's traumas and trials have brought doubt and confusion.
The Lord Jesus Christ came to earth as a person, died for us on the Cross and was resurrected back to life for us to experience more than eternal salvation but also to be healed inner spirit , souls and bodies. Trauma effects every area of our lives, especially our minds and emotions. It skews our perspective of God, others and ourselves. Our relationship with God is what truly brings healing and understanding to our identity. He so desires people to be restored to Him fully and walk in wholeness. He loves humanity and is touched by our pains and infirmities.

There are 30 entries in the book. You can do daily, weekly or however you choose with plenty of Scriptures for you to study. I deeply encourage you to be a good Berean and search the Word of God for yourselves as you take your time in the process of restoration. This book is not a cure all nor a method but I am hoping it sparks a desire to have a deeper personal relationship with God and you can apply His Truths to your own life.
