A Taste of the World

The Chef Explorer- Brendan Murphy has been travelling and cooking his way around the world for over 40 years! He has been Teaching Cookery for over 20 years, either training Apprentice Chefs or hosting his 'Taste of the World' cooking classes to the community, live on stage or even as Kids Cooking Classes.In addition he has been writing cookery columns, Travel articles and Books on Travel and Cooking since this original one was published in 2010. These books contain True stories about Chefing and Travelling from the 1980's (when Brendan Qualified as a Chef) to the 2020's. A whole 'Chef Explorer Series' is planned and at present he is compiling Book 4! Due out in 2026. But first have a read of his first book which gives you a 'Taste' of 16 countries with authentic recipes that Brendan either cooked there or tasted as a Traveller, contained in true short stories. This book should act as a 'Taster' for many books and recipes to come!
