Freddie Main is a former teacher of 19 years, having served as Head of Design & Technology, Housemaster, and Assistant Headteacher. Alongside his career in education, he has coached rugby extensively, working with young players through one-to-one sessions, small groups, and camps as founder of Silver Fox Coaching.
