Despite having a strong spiritual connection to the Divine, I was often lost religiously. This book was born from this dichotomy. Conversations with fellow muslims made me realize I was not alone. In a fast-paced technological world, coming back to the Divine can feel overwhelming. Our own personal experiences can alter our perception and connection to the Divine. This interactive journal allows us to examine our beliefs, values, and actions while compassionately unraveling the shame that disconnects us from Allah.
