She has a Master’s Degree in Education and is a E-RYT500 Registered Yoga Teacher, as well as a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. She provides yoga instruction and meditation in group, individual, corporate, and school settings. She has been featured on local TV and in many online articles about yoga and meditation.
