Alison Irene Meyer** has been an artist and writer for as long as she can remember, expressing her creativity through painting and storytelling from a very young age. Guided by some of the finest teachers in the United States, she has developed a distinctive artistic voice and has successfully exhibited and sold her work internationally. Deeply passionate about the philosophy of life, spiritual studies, and the natural world, Alison has pursued education in spiritual disciplines in the United Kingdom, enriching both her art and her writing with depth and insight. Born and raised on Long Island, New York, her life took a transformative turn at the age of sixteen after a car accident. With a compensation settlement in hand, she chose to travel to Norway—the homeland of her grandparents. That journey profoundly shaped her future. In Norway, Alison fell in love with the serenity of nature—the majestic granite mountains, the vast North Sea, the purity of the air, and the simplicity of life. After returning briefly to the United States to complete her studies in Advertising Design, Colour Theory, and Sculpture, she followed her heart back to Norway immediately upon graduation. At nineteen, she embarked on a new life there, living with her grandparents while building her artistic career. Over the years, she painted, wrote, and exhibited widely, selling her work across Norway and the United States. At twenty-eight, she immersed herself in the traditional Norwegian art of rosemaling—then a protected cultural craft—studying at Norway’s only specialized school and earning her professional certification. After twenty-five years dedicated to rosemaling, Alison transitioned away from oil-based mediums due to health concerns, embracing acrylics, watercolours, and mixed media, which she continues to explore today. Alongside her visual art, Alison is a prolific author. During the long Nordic winters, she has written children’s books such as 'Christmas on the Christmas Planet' and 'Elly the Little Elephant' (also available in Norwegian), as well as other works in progress including 'Hide, 'Marius the Cat', and 'Visions'. Her philosophical books 'Josef Speaks' and 'David's Voice - The Twelve Insights' are available in both paperback and e-book formats. Her poetry has been published in four collections in the United States, and she has produced numerous meditation CDs in Norwegian. For over 46 years, Alison has also been a dedicated teacher, offering classes in art, psychic science, and philosophy for adults. Through workshops, seminars, and talks, she inspires others in self-development, personal growth, and the journey toward becoming the best version of themselves.

This remarkable book offers a profound exploration of the philosophy of life as conveyed through channeled messages from a master residing in Summerland—the spiritual realm beyond physical existence. Each passage has been received through telepathic communication, presenting readers with deeply reflective insights into the nature of consciousness, the purpose of life, and the soul’s eternal evolution.
