This model acknowledges and builds on years of scientific research into the nature and treatment of addictions. It recognizes the difference between substance and behavioral addiction. In CTPC-P, we hold to the practice of offering Integrated Service. This is a powerful way to provide Therapeutic Counseling.

Dr. Richard D. Reeves established AOTSMJC Inc. in 1988 as the NYS Corporation for the release of equipping ministries and professional services. The CTPC-P Chaplains Training Institute was established to train, license, ordain and certify Clinical Chaplains, Pastoral Psychotherapist, Human Services Helping Professionals. It is the training home of the CTPC-P System of Integrative Pastoral Counseling & Psychotherapy. CTPC-P CTI was approved in 2022 to offer Post-Secondary Education and Certification Programs by NYS Education Department.
