Therapist, Author, and Sense-maker
Anneriek Favelle is a therapist, author, and perpetual sense-maker. Born in the Netherlands, she landed in Australia after the sudden loss of a dear friend shook her awake to the truth that life is too short to play it safe. She has an almost compulsive need to create structure out of chaos. Give her a tangle of therapeutic frameworks, the swirling complexity of human relationships, or a life transition that feels overwhelming — and she won't rest until she's organised it into something clear, practical, and usable. Writing is how she thinks — how she processes what she's learning and translates the profound into the practical. Her books span the territories she knows intimately: grief and self-discovery after loss, the messy work of relationships, helping boys grow into the men they actually want to be, and the transformation that comes when women reclaim their power. Each one exists because she couldn't find what she needed on the shelf — so she researched and wrote it. Today, Anneriek lives in Sydney with her husband and their two sons — both of whom unknowingly contributed to the writing of Secrets of the Round Table. She runs Inner Growth Therapy, where she works with individuals and couples. She is a certified Level 3 Relational Life Therapist and a Level 2 Internal Family Systems therapist, with additional qualifications in Counselling, Somatic and Dance Movement Therapy, Yoga, and Meditation.
Embracing the Natural Power and Wisdom of Menopause

Redefining Masculinity for Teen Boys
Secrets of the Round Table is the book nobody handed you. It's about emotions, confidence, friendships, sex, mental health, your brain, and the kind of man you actually want to become — written like a conversation, not a lecture.
