The first book was a very personal one about the loss of their oldest daughter called Finding the Light: Turning the Grief of Child Loss into a Light for Others. She just completed a 4 book children’s series called The Misadventures of Ozzy and Ru, based on the likeness of her daughter and son-in-law's pets. Proceeds from these books will go to The Heather Cole Sparkle of Hope which is a non profit set up after she passed that benefits animal shelters, the homeless, and children’s causes in their daughter's memory.
