false beliefs that won't let me B.R.E.A.T.H.E.

I Said to Myself

by Dr. Juan A. Garcia

About The Book

I Said To Myself...is more than a concept or ideology. It is a journey of self-discovery that highlights and distinguishes the truth about who we are and what we actually believe about ourselves. It all begins with the right self-talk. Take the journey with me as I unpack the truth about false beliefs and how they impacted my life. I will help you identify those false beliefs and replace them with absolute truths. By the end of this book, my prayer is that you will no longer feel the need to live a life based on falsehoods. But rather, truth would be the base of your real identity. And after all has been said, you can finally BREATHE!

Mind Yours

a journey to mental and emotional stewardship

Mental health is not merely symptom management; it is disciplined stewardship of thoughts, emotions, identity, boundaries, and daily habits. “Mind yours” is not dismissive — it is empowering. It calls readers to personal responsibility while releasing them from managing what does not belong to them.
