Patrick Emanuel Allen was born on July 27, 1959, in Clarendon, Jamaica, West Indies. His journey in architecture began at the City College of New York, where he graduated in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree and continued to obtain a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1988. His dedication to his craft led him to become a licensed architect in New York State and New Jersey in 1993. Patrick further expanded his expertise by becoming a certified real estate Home Inspector in 2024.
Throughout his career, Patrick maintained an office with a six-man staff, executing numerous projects that ranged from new building constructions to extensions and legalizations. His work involved removing violations, obtaining certificates of occupancy, and ensuring project sign-offs. One of Patrick's proudest achievements was acquiring a vacant property and constructing a four-story building used as a community facility for daycare. As the architect and contractor, he completed this project using his finances, showcasing his exceptional skill and dedication.
