She gives them an awesome “gift,” which she assures them will only last while they are visiting her home. They follow her to her beautiful under-the-sea home and are told by Master Cyraeneus that they cannot go home again!

Woops, not again! Does the gift sound great? Are you wondering if the “gift” is permanent? And can they ever go home?

Do you remember the last adventure? Ruby and Nolan became Merpeople! Nolan is thrilled that he can’t drown, but Ruby, not so much.

In the last book, our adventurers settled down to accept their punishment for deciding to “visit” Bri’s home under the sea. This time, we are focusing more on the adult problems, but we won’t forget the teens!

Negotiations are heating up between the Consortium, via the usual combatant Hendricks, and New Earth residents. Hopefully, before the boiling point is reached, all parties will reach a trade agreement and before the Dragons permanently close the wormhole!

Just what will happen is up in the air. Pun intended!

The youngsters ignore the adult problems. Donzereli asks permission to explore the continent across the ocean as a summer project. He had the support of Councilor Klethand, who was enthusiastic one day and the next said, “Absolutely not! It’s too dangerous!”

Donzereli is not deterred! He secretly plans the trip, and the youngsters climb aboard the “borrowed” flying cars and away they go, right under the noses of the distracted adults! Donzereli’s perfect plan goes off without a hitch! They arrive on the continent and set up camp!

Hang on, this could be a bumpy ride!

The Donzereli-Weller Exploration Ltd. is off to a fast start! Their camp is established, and Ruby and Donzereli are in charge of the two groups. Each group that flies on an exploration mission must have a dragon and a merperson with them.

They know it is only a matter of time before the adults try to bring them home!

Donzereli becomes bored and decides to explore alone. He records the lush forests and many of the animals on the prairies. Stopping for lunch, he falls asleep but is woken by Irus of the Panther Clan, with her arrow pointed at his chest, demanding, “Who are you? And what are you doing on our land?”

He convinces her that he and his friends are only exploring and mean no harm. He invites her to dinner with her group. He is astonished to see her riding her Bison, Balfour, in a saddle.
The Panthers love the S’mores, and dinner is a success!

The group discovers that Fairies inhabit an inactive volcano on the island next to them!

A big dinner is planned on the island and is gate-crashed by the parents and the representatives from Earth.

It is a Bang-up success when the extinct Volcano awakens with unexpected fury! The campers stare in horror when they realize Ty, Robin, and Donzereli, trying to save the Fairies, are missing!
