Journeys of the Heart: Book 2

Finding Serendipity

by D Lovell

Nell Lynch has it all figured out—until she doesn't

About The Book

Finding Serendipity by D Lovell

Nell Lynch has always been the one with all the answers. A brilliant lawyer with a fiercely loyal heart, she’s built a life on logic and control. But when her long-term relationship ends and a high-stakes legal case puts her up against her ex-partner, Nell is forced to confront the one person she’s been running from: herself.

This is a story about a woman navigating the messy complexity of building the life you desire, and it’s also the second book in my journey as a writer, a story where I began to truly find my voice.

If you’ve ever had to fight to be taken seriously, stand tall when someone you love let you down, or piece yourself back together after love unraveled, this story is for you.

D Lovell is a former Sr. Program Manager of Inclusive Policy and Advocacy turned writer. After losing her job, not knowing what came next, she leaned into her love of writing. She journaled a lot as a teenager and wrote songs as a way to calm her overactive mind. But, she's been intentionally honing her craft for five years. Her taste is very eclectic when it comes to reading. And her writing—well, she tends to follow wherever her stories lead her. And when she's not writing, she's tending to her lovable Great Dane pup Lennox, catching up on her favorite reads, and enjoying time with family and friends.
