About The Book

Your Daily Journal—Inspired by The Life I Didn't Live

Some stories stay with you long after the last page. This guided journal was created for readers themselves in Vivian's journey. The act of reclaiming one's voice, the courage to choose the life you deserve, and the beautiful work of becoming.

With weekly gratitude tracking, self-reflection prompts, and open free space, this 150+ page journal invites you to do what Vivian had to learn—show up for yourself, one page at a time.

"You are allowed to take up space."

D Lovell is a former program manager turned writer from Indianapolis, Indiana.

D Lovell is a former Sr. Program Manager of Inclusive Policy and Advocacy turned writer. After losing her job, not knowing what came next, she leaned into her love of writing. She journaled a lot as a teenager and wrote songs as a way to calm her overactive mind. But, she's been intentionally honing her craft for five years. Her taste is very eclectic when it comes to reading. And her writing—well, she tends to follow wherever her stories lead her. And when she's not writing, she's tending to her lovable Great Dane pup Lennox, catching up on her favorite reads, and enjoying time with family and friends.
