how to navigate frustrations in relationships
by Dr. Juan A. Garcia
This book helps couples, individuals, and therapists understand why relationships break down—not from lack of love, but from accumulated frustration, unresolved wounds, and unclear boundaries. Each chapter of E-N-O-U-G-H provides readers with a structured and therapeutic framework to assess their relationship, reset expectations, heal, and move forward.
