Sacajawea, The Windcatcher

The Path

by Jane L. Fitzpatrick and Illustrations by Marcia K. Moore

The Path is the first in a series of books that will follow the epic film production of Sacajawea, The Windcatcher. This Native American story reverently shares the essence of the Lewis & Clark expedition as never seen before... through the eyes of a sixteen-year-old Shoshone girl.

About The Book

This concept book begins the literary series that will focus on Sacajawea's journey as a member of the Corps of Discovery in 1805. She is a mystery through the Ages. A young, Shoshone girl, stolen away and traded to a Frenchman for a gun... Yet, her mark on history remains.

We are called to share this untold story of Sacajawea, and to bring this truth to light: It is our spirit, and our spiritual health, that carries us in life, and after life, through a transparent belief in the Infinite Oneness of Love.

It is our commitment that 100% of the Royalties from all book sales will be used to further the mission of Humanity Shines Organization, a 501c3 nonprofit, and their “Leaves on the Wind” literary program.
